Like our fellow Air Elite Network members, we share a commitment to provide each guest with an elevated level of service. In keeping with this, we are highlighting two highly popular programs you can expect on your next visit that help to distinguish Hill Aircraft from other FBO’s in Atlanta.

First, we proudly offer a TEXT feature as a more direct, quick, and efficient way of communicating with our Customer Service Team. The texting feature is one of our more popular options compared to the traditional email or a phone call back after your initial reservation request. We save each customer in our text system by their tail number. When they contact us again for future trips, past trip details come up in our system, helping to recall their history with us, making additional requests efficient and concise. Here’s how easy it is:

  • Our Customer Service Team texts trip itinerary confirmation information to Flight Departments
  • Pilots text directly from the aircraft in flight when needing to get a sudden change of itinerary or transportation needs to our Customer Service Team
  • Customers can also use the text feature to request pull ups, schedule changes, and fuel orders

Second, Hill Aircraft brings the service experience directly to your aircraft with our Ramp-side Concierge program. Representatives from our Customer Service team connect with you – our guests, flight crews, and passengers – in a unique way beyond the front desk to provide them a personal level of service and ensure that all trip details are met in a warm and welcoming manner.

Our commitment remains to be the FBO you can count on in these uncertain times with the health and safety of our guests and employees as our most important priority. That is why we have instituted several facility cleaning and operational best practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including conformity with the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Safety 1st Clean standards.
